VeilVelour was founded by Paul Kiselev, a student, designer, and service provider based in Ann Arbor.
Paul’s background combines design education, technical drawing and modeling tools, service experience, bilingual communication, and a practical interest in homes, spaces, objects, materials, and visual organization.
