A public outdoor pavilion centered on a recirculating water feature — waterfall and wishing well in a single closed-loop system. The site spans 56′ × 48′ across two elevation zones, separated by a terraced grade change that simultaneously resolves accessibility, spatial hierarchy, and waterfall drop height. Three gathering zones, two covered pergolas with sloped roofs, and a center tree organize the space through Kevin Lynch’s five-element framework. Built at ¼″ = 1′ scale from 1.5mm basswood.
Design a public outdoor space applying Kevin Lynch’s 5 Elements theory. First physical model — ¼″ scale, basswood construction.
1.5mm basswood, Vallejo water texture, model vegetation, AutoCAD (floor plan & section elevation).
